Our service contracts are designed with you and for you to specifically
meet your requirements.
Gold: Covers hardware, software, and programming with
unlimited phone support. Labor for the installation of Network
Operating System upgrades and maintenance releases are also
included.
Silver: Covers hardware, software, and programming with
limited phone support. Labor for the installation of Network
Operating System upgrades and maintenance releases are also
included.
Bronze: Covers hardware, software, and programming with
limited phone support.

Warranty Services Standard warranties on most computer products usually
provide one year of on-site, second-business-day support or best-effort,
express-exchange depot repair on parts only or labor only. You can enhance
this coverage in three ways.
Warranty Extensions: Warranty extensions lengthen the
original warranty (e.g., from one year to three on-site) by
simply extending coverage beyond the term specified by the original
manufacturer warranty. Typically warranty extensions need to
be purchased at the time of product purchase or within 90 days
thereof.
Warranty Upgrades: Warranty upgrades promise a faster
response time than that offered under the standard warranty.
For example, customers can upgrade from next-business-day response
to same-day response. Warranty upgrades can also extend service
availability hours (from daytime to around-the-clock) and offer
remote notebook support.
Post-Warranty Contracts: Post-warranty support covers
equipment after the original manufacturer's warranty has expired.
Post-warranty maintenance contracts can be purchased for products
whose manufacturer warranties have expired. Both single- and
multi manufacturer contracts are available; these contracts
usually last one year.
